GATE 2011 Notification

Graduate Apptitute Test in Engineering conducted jointly by Indian Institute of Technology for M.E and M.tech Admissions for the year 2011 has been anounced.This exam is the basic qualification for the entry into IIT's,NIT's and other private colleges for Post Graduation.This year the responsibility has been given to IIT,Madras.The sale of Application Form / Online Application will commence on September 21, 2010.
The online GATE 2011 examination will be held on January 30, 2011 and offline examination will be conducted on February 13, 2011.

The Online Application Form submission will start on September 21, 2010 (09:00 Hrs onwards).
Last date for issue of Information Brochure and Application Form at Bank Counters: October 27, 2010.
Last date for issue of Information Brochure and Application Form at zonal GATE office counters: October 29, 2010.

Bucky ball was named after buckminsterfullerene which is a rare phenomenon discovered by Richard Buckminster Fuller.The Bucky Ball was invented on Sep 4,1985 which in scientific terms is a spherical fullerene or a molecule composed entirely of carbon, in the form of a hollow sphere, ellipsoid, or tube.This invention was very much helpful in understanding the concepts of molecule.Today this Bucky ball has turned 25.The bucky ball later on was also made as a toy which could be broken down and then made again.This was and still is a very common toy in all households.This can also be made in origami.The pdf for making an origami buckyball is given below

Soudarya Rajinikanth wedding photos

Soundarya Rajinikanth the second daughter of South Indian Superstar got married on September 3,2010 at Rani Meyyammai hall here in Chennai.The bridegroom Ashwin Ramkumar is her long time boy friend and a graduate from the Stanford School.The function had a lot of high profile guest which included Tamilnadu Chief Minister M.Karunanidhi,Union Minister Alagiri,Ace Director K.Balachander,Director Mani Rathnam and his wife Suhasini,Actors Kamal Hassan,Chiranjeevi,Surya and family.The guest list also included Rajinikanth's Co-star in his latest flick Aishwarya Bachan and Amithab Bachan,Director Shankar.Ultimate Star Ajith Kumar was also present at the venue.
The Ceremony was held in traditional Brahmin style with the couple in silk clothing.Also present there was Soundarya's Sister Aishwarya Dhanush with her husband.Soundarya is the CEO of OCHER Studios that is also related with the film industry.Its Upcoming movies include "Sultan The Warrior", an animation film with her dad Rajinikanth in the lead.

Teacher's day is celebrated on 5th of september every year in India on behalf of the remembarance of India's first Vice-President Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan born on September 5th 1988.He was one of India's renowned scholars.He was very instrumental in bridging the gap between the east and the west.He was born in Tirrutani in TamilNadu and got his degree from MAdras Christian College.He later worked with the various universities including University of Mysore.Universty of Calcutta and the Harvard University.His philosophy was
